Privacy Choices
Use this page to request access, correction, deletion, or support for personal information connected to your JustAte account.
1. Access, correction, and deletion requests
You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete personal information associated with your JustAte account. Email privacy support from the account email where possible so we can verify the request safely.
Account deletion removes app data we control, subject to legal, security, billing, fraud-prevention, and dispute-resolution obligations. Billing records may also remain with Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or their processors according to their policies.
2. App settings and optional features
In the app, you can edit meal entries, profile details, preferences, reminders, sounds, and notification settings where those controls are available. You can also choose whether to use optional AI inputs such as photo logging.
If optional analytics or crash reporting are enabled, they are used for product reliability and improvement, not third-party advertising. Contact privacy support if you need help with data connected to these services.
3. Subscription choices
JustAte Pro subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play account used to purchase. Use your store account settings to cancel, renew, restore, or request a refund.
If your subscription status looks wrong in JustAte, email support with your store, device, app version, and approximate purchase time.
